InsideBoard raises $5 million from Entrepreneur Venturewith banking support from BPI and Banque Populaire Val de France

nsideBoard, the leading SaaS platform startup for change management based on artificial intelligence, has raised $5 million from their investor Entrepreneur Venture, with the support of BPI and Banque Populaire.

InsideBoard revolutionizes change management by continuously facilitating adoption and team performance.

Digital transformation, the widespread use of SaaS applications, and the new reign of Consumer to Business…

On the topic of accelerating innovation and increasing the number of company projects, reinventing and transforming oneself has emerged as a more important strategic issue than ever as far as safeguarding market competitiveness.
And yet, even today, three out of four transformation projects fail due to a lack of employee support for long-term change. This is why the two brothers, Yohan and Michael Bentolila, seeking a solution to this problem, launched InsideBoard in 2014. The platform was founded on a single strong conviction: to succeed, you have to generate desire and engage collaborators over a sustained period of time by giving them the best experience possible.

An intelligent platform that helps employees master their own transformation within the company

At the heart of the platform, there are unique AI algorithms that recommend to employees the right action and the right content at the right time. InsideBoard also allows users to measure indicators of project success, create emulation thanks to gaming and challenges, detect natural ambassadors, propose opportunities for skill improvement, and more. In short, InsideBoard is a real social network for business transformation that builds on community strength to drive adoption and performance over time. As for results? 100% of InsideBoard’s customers have already doubled or even tripled their transformation goals. These include Adecco, Deloitte, Peugeot, Citroën, Audi, Crédit Agricole, and Banque Populaire.

$5 million to accelerate growth and international development

Thanks to this first fundraiser, the startup will be able to accelerate the development and scaling of its solution. InsideBoard has doubled its turnover every year since its creation and intends to sustain this growth. Integrating today with the main SaaS applications on the market (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.), InsideBoard wants to quickly expand its partnerships with publishers and consulting firms in order to become the top referenced platform for change management. To do so, the startup will need to strategically strengthen its teams, with a goal of doubling its workforce within a year including its presence in the United States, which represents 50% of its market and is already home to two offices (New York and San Francisco)

Michaël Bentolila, CEO and Co-Founder of InsideBoard“In Entrepreneur Venture, we have found a strategic partner with high-quality teams to support us in our development in France and internationally. This first round of fundraising is a real accelerator of our ability to meet our customers’ and partners’ very high expectations: to revolutionize change management by making it desirable, sustainable, and providing a unique experience through the use of digital technology.”

CTO and Co-Founder of InsideBoardThis partnership with Entrepreneur Venture will allow us to reinforce the development of InsideBoard’s intelligent engines and thus enrich the employee engagement levers on their transformation projects.”
