Neuilly-sur-Seine, June 12, 2019 – ScoreFact®, an independent European organization, issues labels after an extensive certification process. These labels attest to the ability of publishers and integrators to successfully complete projects and satisfy their clients.
The “Certified” label is an essential criterion companies look for when choosing a supplier. It certifies the supplier’s skills, as well as their commitment to qualitative engagement and transparency.
ScoreFact® bases its certifications on information collected through structured methods from a statistically-significant sample of clients (through phone interviews and online questionnaires). An identical algorithm is used in all countries to establish a rating and award the label when merited. Certification involves an overall satisfactory score (on 14 topics) and excludes suppliers with disqualifying results on 10 topics.
InsideBoard began the ambitious ScoreFact® certification process at the beginning of this year. More than 90 percent of its clients were contacted (in use phase on the audit date). The audit revealed the following results:
