InsideBoard launches our Customer Lab

On January 28, we were thrilled to host the growing InsideBoard client community at our offices for the launch of our user group InsideBoard Customer Lab!

The goals of this community:

  • to share best practices with peers
  • to participate in the InsideBoard platform roadmap
  • to share feedback directly with our Product tribe

On the agenda at our first event:

We did a deep dive on the Wall of News, a key InsideBoard feature that makes it easy to share best practices and news on your transformation projects, as well as engage your employees successfully with collaborative features (likes, comments).

Our Product Owners and Customer Success Managers presented current features, introduced our future vision for the product and identified your update priorities using a series of interactive activities, online feedback and mockups.
